购买后如何进入课程？How do I access the course after I buy it?
购买完成后，登录您在本店的账户，即可从课程区打开课程。课程在浏览器中运行，无需下载或安装任何应用。
After purchase, log into your account on our store and open the course from your courses area. It runs in your web browser, with nothing to download or install.
课程是什么语言？What language is the course in?
全部课程内容和测评均为简体中文。结业证书以英文签发，作为正式记录，便于提交给雇主或存档。
All lesson content and the assessment are in Simplified Chinese. The certificate of completion is issued in English, as a formal record for an employer or your files.
需要什么设备？What device do I need?
任何联网的手机、平板或电脑加浏览器即可。您的学习进度会自动保存，可以在一台设备上开始、在另一台设备上完成。
Any phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and internet. Your progress saves automatically, so you can start on one device and finish on another.
课程需要多长时间？How long does it take?
总时长约 60 分钟。课程完全自定进度，可一次学完，也可分次学习，随时从上次停下的地方继续。
Around 60 minutes in total. It's fully self-paced, so you can do it in one sitting or across several, picking up where you left off.
会颁发证书吗？Do I get a certificate?
会。完成课程并通过结业测评（25 题，80% 及格）后，即可获得有效期 12 个月的英文结业证书。测评可不限次数重考。
Yes. Once you complete the lessons and pass the assessment (25 questions, 80% to pass), you receive an English certificate of completion, valid 12 months. You can retake the assessment as many times as needed.
这是认证培训吗？Is this accredited training?
不是。本课程仅为意识层面的教育课程，不构成职业认证、行业资格或能力声明，也不使任何人具备从事应急处置、灭火或危险品处理的资格。它不能替代专业的应急处置培训或您工作场所的相关程序。
No. This is awareness-level education only. It is not a professional certification, trade qualification, or statement of competency, and does not qualify anyone to perform emergency response, firefighting, or hazardous materials handling. It is not a substitute for professional emergency response training or your workplace procedures.
雇主可以为员工报名吗？Can an employer enrol staff?
可以。本课程正适合雇主为母语非英语的员工安排培训：内容为简体中文，每位学员都会获得一份英文证书，便于存档备查。如需为团队安排，请与我们联系。
Yes. This course is designed for employers training staff whose first language is not English: the content is in Simplified Chinese and each learner receives an English certificate for your records. Contact us to set up team access.
可以退款吗？Can I get a refund?
由于这是购买后即可立即访问的数字课程，通常在开始学习后无法退款。如遇问题或误购，请与我们联系，我们会协助处理。您在《澳大利亚消费者法》下的权利始终适用。
Because this is a digital course with immediate access, we're generally unable to refund once you've started. If something's gone wrong or you bought by mistake, contact us and we'll help. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Completion of this course, and any certificate issued, is not a professional certification, a trade qualification, or a statement of competency under the Australian Qualifications Framework. It does not qualify any person to perform emergency response, firefighting, hazardous materials handling, or any other regulated activity.
EV Fire Solutions gives no warranty that completing this course will prevent, mitigate, or ensure a safe outcome in any real fire or emergency.
