Who we are

The EVFS Battery Temp Monitor app is published by EV Fire Solutions Pty Ltd ("EV Fire Solutions", "we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information. The app has no user accounts, sign-in, analytics, advertising or tracking.

What stays on your device

The app keeps the following on your iPhone only. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth to find and read nearby temperature sensors. It uses Bluetooth only for this purpose and does not use it to track your location.

Notifications

Alerts are generated on your device. We do not receive or store any notification content.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or share any information, because we do not collect any.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Because the app does not collect personal information, we hold no app data about you. If you contact us by email, we use your details only to respond to you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
