Is a fire extinguisher included?
No. This listing is for the mounting bracket only, the extinguisher shown in the images is not included and is purchased separately. It's designed to hold our 1L EV fire extinguisher.
What does it fit?
It's made for standard 1L cylindrical fire extinguishers, including our own 1L EV fire suppression unit. If you're mounting a different extinguisher, check the diameter of the cylinder against a standard 1L body before ordering.
What is it made of?
A heavy-duty black powder-coated steel frame with a stainless steel band clamp that holds the extinguisher firmly, and red plastic-coated quick-release handles so you can pull the unit free fast in an emergency. It's built for durability and corrosion resistance.
Can I wall mount it, or use it as a floor stand?
Both. It's suitable for wall mounting, and its stable base also lets it stand freely on the floor. Choose whichever keeps the extinguisher visible and within easy reach where you need it.
Where is it suitable for use?
Vehicles (cars, trucks, caravans and boats), workshops and garages, industrial facilities, commercial buildings and home safety setups. The quick-release clamp is handy for vehicle installs where the unit needs to stay secure while moving.
What mounting hardware do I need?
Mount it with screws or bolts suited to your surface (wall, floor or vehicle). Use fixings appropriate to the material you're fixing into, and make sure it's fastened securely so the extinguisher stays put.
Do you offer bulk quantities for a whole site?
Yes. Brackets are usually needed in numbers across a site, one at each extinguisher point. For volume orders, see our Business & Bulk page or contact us. Shipping is free Australia wide on orders over $500.
